Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled anytime prior to production.
Shipping: Within the US, customer pays shipping of their saddle to BMS for production. BMS provides free shipping to return the product back to the customer with the new custom saddle. Unless the customer requests a specific shipper or to expedite an order, shipping is provided by UPS Ground. Outside the US, Shipping is subject to International Freight and duty charges.
Return Policy:Â Because this is a custom made product there are no returns
Refund Policy: Saddles are re-worked to the customerâs satisfaction. Because this is a custom made product there are no refunds. If an adjustment has been authorized, customer pays for return shipping only.
